SPECIALISED CIVIL & MINING GROUTS

BU 100 – BOTTOM UP THIXOTROPIC CEMENT GROUT

Auscon BU 100 Bottom-Up Thixotropic Cement Grout is a high-strength, high-flow, and shrinkage compensated thixotropic cement grout, which requires only the addition of water. It is used when the preferred method of grouting is bottom-up in underground tunnels and mining. It has excellent pumpability at both applications flowable and thixotropic. It incorporates new generation polymers, to form a high-strength bottom-up, thixotropic cementitious grout.

WM 200 – SPECIALISED ENGINEERED GROUT

Auscon WM 200 Specialised engineered cement grout is a flowable, pumpable grout that requires only the addition of water to form an ultra-high-strength engineered grout. Applications in-depth range from 10 mm to 150 mm. It is suitable for grouting large voids, gaps, windmill turbine bases, and precast construction in civil and mining applications. WM 200 is a shrinkage compensated Class-C grout. It incorporates specially graded aggregates and advanced polymers to form a high performance specialised engineered grout. Specifically designed with very high mechanical strengths and fatigue tested for grouting windmill bases.

HY 60 – HIGH YIELD CEMENT GROUT

Auscon HY 60 High Yield Cement Foam Grout requires only the addition of water to produce a high yielding, low density, foaming grout with rapid strength gain. Recommended for use in all mining, civil and construction applications. It contains advanced new generation polymers, enabling low viscosity, longer pumping distances, and faster placement.

HS 80 – QUICK SET HIGH EARLY STRENGTH GROUT

Auscon HS 80 Quick Setting High Early Strength Cement Grout is a Class-C one-component cement powder which requires only the addition of water to form a high early quick setting non-shrink grout. Suitable for civil engineering applications, where a quick and high early strength is required. It incorporates specially graded aggregates and advanced new generation polymers to form a cementitious grout. HS 80 has high impermeability; this gives the material better resistance to water infiltration. Firms in approximately 20 minutes.

DP 500 – DEEP POUR CEMENT GROUT

Auscon DP 500 Deep Pour Grout is a flowable, pumpable grout that requires only the addition of water to form a deep pour cement grout. Applications in-depth range from 15 mm to 500 mm. It is suitable for grouting large voids and gaps in civil and mining applications. It incorporates specially graded aggregates and advanced polymers to form a high performance deep pour cement grout.

PP 10 LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE PANEL PATCH

Auscon PP 10 Lightweight concrete panel patch is designed to repair and patch concrete where a fire-resistant concrete patching material is required. Specifically formulated with environmentally friendly spheres, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional sand aggregate used in mortars. Non-combustible meets AS 1530.1 with enhanced corrosion resistance properties. Easier handling of materials 10 kg bag replaces 20 kg bag of conventional cement and sand repair.

SS 50 – SUPER-STICK SHOTCRETE

SS 50 Super stick Shotcrete is a blended cement mix that is sprayed at high velocity onto a surface. It is possible to place the Auscon shotcrete using the dry-mix process, where most of the mixing water is added in close vicinity to the nozzle or the wet-mix method where all the ingredients, including water are mixed before introduction into the hose. Auscon SS 50 is specifically designed for either dry-mix or wet-mix shotcrete process.

MG 10 MINE GROUT

Auscon MG 10 Mine Grout is a one-component cement blended powder that requires only the addition of water to form a non-spark grout. Designed for grouting in gas drainage piping systems in the mining industry. A rapid setting pumpable grout. Used for grouting in pumping systems to drain gases in mining applications. NS 10 allows the pipes to set quickly.
